This began with one complaint we kept hearing: booking a photographer in a place you do not live in is slow, opaque and priced after the fact. We fixed the order — the price is agreed first, in writing, and it does not move.

Our mission
Travel photography, without compromise
It started on a trip. Finding someone reliable in an unfamiliar city meant three days of email, no clear price and no idea whether the person had ever worked there before. So we built the opposite: a vetted network across twenty US markets, and a booking that takes minutes rather than a week.
Every photographer on the network lives in the place they shoot in. That is the whole point: they know which hour a spot is still empty, what the local permit regime actually is, and where to move when the weather turns. None of that can be researched from somewhere else.

How do you choose your photographers?
We hand-pick local professionals, reviewing published work, experience and reviews. Only those who genuinely know the place and keep high standards join the network.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price locks the moment you book and includes the shoot and edited photos. No hidden costs, no surprise add-ons.
When do I get my photos?
It depends on the session type, and the date is stated on the service page before you book: from 24 hours for real estate photography to 6 weeks for wedding photography, with most family and portrait sessions delivered within five business days.
What happens if the photographer cannot make it?
A replacement photographer of equivalent standard is arranged where possible. Where one is not, every payment is refunded in full, as set out in the terms of sale.

The photographer who answers already works professionally in the place you are going to be, rather than travelling in to find it out alongside you. That is the whole of the arrangement, and it is what the rest of this page is about: what gets checked before somebody covers a market, and what is promised once they do — the price, the schedule and the delivery, which are the three parts of a booking that usually go wrong.
Admission turns on published work rather than on a portfolio assembled for the occasion. A portfolio shows what someone can do on their best day with unlimited time; published client work shows what they deliver on an ordinary one. The second is the useful question, and it is the harder one to fake.
What is promised is deliberately narrow and easy to check. The price is agreed in writing before anything is booked and does not move. The number of edited photographs is stated per service. So is the delivery date, from 24 hours for real estate photography to 6 weeks for wedding photography. If the weather turns, the session moves at no cost.
If the photographer cannot attend and no replacement of equivalent standard can be found, every payment is refunded in full. The promise is narrow on purpose: a guarantee about taste would have to be argued over, and a guarantee about showing up does not.
