Book your session

The form above collects four things — city, session type, date and how to reach you — and that is enough to quote. You are not choosing a package or paying a deposit at this stage; you are asking a question, and the answer arrives by email or phone, usually within a couple of hours.

If the date is not fixed, say so rather than guessing at one. There is a checkbox for it, and for several session types a flexible window is genuinely the better answer: a Sedona elopement is scheduled around a Forest Service permit, a Maui sunrise ceremony around a reservation released exactly sixty days out, and a Dallas bluebonnet session around three weeks of bloom that nobody can name in January.

The price you are quoted is the price you pay. It covers the photographer’s time, the editing and a private gallery at full resolution. Options that change it — a longer session, a second photographer, 24-hour delivery — are priced before you agree to anything, not added afterwards. Where a location charges a permit fee it is named up front and passed through at cost.

Once you confirm in writing, the photographer takes over the scheduling. That conversation is where the useful detail happens: what hour the location works, who files the permit, what the tide is doing, where to meet. It is the part a booking form cannot do and the part that decides whether the session works.
