Vizcaya's photography page (checked September 2026) sells a portrait permit at $250 on weekdays and $350 at weekends, reserved online with a $25 non-refundable deposit and the balance paid on arrival.

Miami-Dade County's permit page says film permits are generally required for still photo shoots on public property, including parks and beaches, applied for through the county's film office, and that shooting without one can bring a civil citation.
Wynwood
Several hundred murals across the blocks around the Wynwood Walls. The streets belong to the City of Miami, whose film permit page asks for a permit for each date and location of a commercial photo shoot, filed at least three business days ahead. The Walls complex itself is private property with its own rules, and murals on private buildings are repainted often; a wall seen in a photograph from last year may not be there.
